Graphic Novels A-Go-Go!

For weeks the FPI online crew have been labouring in our secret underground lair, working on a whole, shiny, new Graphic Novels site. Since we have a huge amount of graphic novels on our lists, you can appreciate it is no small job to get them all into our new site, but we think you will be impressed when you check it out.

Gone are the frames from our older webstore; we have room for lists of personal favourite graphic novels from friends and authors (this feature will expand in the near future), reviews to attach to the books and a clearer layout with better graphics.

Of course, its an ongoing work-in-progress – we have many titles to work on after all – but this is also a good thing, because we will always be working on this site; adding new titles, seeking out the unusual, small press titles as well as the more obvious bestselling titles and adding personal reader reviews, staff recommendations and other features as we go along.

That said, we are now live and on the air with the new site and open for browsing and business, so please do have a look and come back regularly for updates and new features. We also want the site to reflect our reader’s tastes and so if anyone has any suggestions or would like to write a brief review to attach to any of the books, then we’d love to hear from you. We already have some lists of favourite titles and reviews by some of our friends, including authors James Lovegrove and Richard Morgan and look forward to bring you more in the future.

All of our graphic novels are discounted by at least 25%, not just the bestselling titles as some stores do and we often offer special deals on special editions, hardbacks or promotions. By way of illustration, you’ll notice that on the front page of the new site we are offering an extremely generous 35% off the Essential Daredevil Volume 3 and Essential X-Men Volume 6 for four weeks. Naturally we will be bringing you all sorts of treat, offers and reviews, so stay tuned and enjoy!
