Serenity

Not content with TV shows, his current crop of comics, the Firefly spin-off film Serenity and, as we reported here recently, the Wonder Woman movie, Joss 'What? Me, sleep?' Whedon is co-authoring (with Brett Matthews) a three-issue mini-series, Serenity, based around the events in the movie (due this autumn), with pencils by Will Conrad. Broke once more the crew of the Firefly-class vessel Serenity find themselves on someone’s wrong side, not for the first time. Unfortunately it’s a big arms merchant and not a very friendly one… The first issue of Serenity is due this July from Dark Horse – in the meantime enjoy some nifty artwork.
