Worldcon

Cheryl Morgan, one of the organisers of this summer’s Worldcon, Interaction, (as well as running her own very good reviews site, Emerald City)has dropped us a line to say the already-impressive list of guests from the world of science fiction and fantasy has been updated. We’re getting quite excited at this 63rd Worldcon happening in Scotland, especially since it is handily close to our Glasgow shop (right next to the Buchanan Street underground – drop in and say ‘hi’ and enjoy a good browse).

The Worldcon, as the name implies, moves around the globe each year, but it is only in Britain roughly every ten years, so it is a huge deal for indigenous SF fans and the social side of things is rather fun too, we’re told. We’ll bring you more on it as we hear it.
